- Cover is available from £10k to £100k for own disbursements and opponent's costs and disbursements

LawAssist Litigator is only available to LawAssist Accredited Panel Members. Firms need to have demonstrated their expertise in running PI cases including their risk assessment and case management skills as well as committing to a business partnership.
