NEW NOTICE REQUIREMENTS IN FORCE 1 OCTOBER 2009
Changes to the Costs Practice Direction and to the Practice Direction (Pre-Action Conduct) coming into force on 1 October 2009 must be complied with. Failure to comply with these new requirements will lead to a failure to recover an ATE premium.
